Copy Counts For Admins

Copy Count Instructions



  1. Open Kyocera Net Viewer (email help@seacoastrealty.com if you are not sure how to access this)
  2. Expand Accounting folder on left and click Accounting devices view
  3. Double click the first printer in the list
  4. Click “Refresh All” button THIS MUST BE DONE TO ENSURE ALL COUNTS ARE UPDATED!!

  1. AFTER Refresh All has been clicked, click Export then Counters..


  1. Click Yes to export all account counters
  2. Name the file Copy Count for *month* and select CSV file from Save as type; for multiple printers, simply add a 2, 3, 4… to the end of the file name


  1. Verify that the spreadsheet contain correct data count
  2. After verifying that the exported data is contained in the spreadsheet, return to Accounting devices view on Kyocera Net Viewer
  3. Click the printer that was just exported then click Reset counters


  1. Repeat for all printers in the office
  2. Send an email to accounting@seacoastrealty.com with the spreadsheet(s) attached
